Raffles residence is a project providing high class houses to be built by the side of Non Nuoc beach of Da Nang with Ngu Hanh Son range located behind. The project located in the complex and its design is in synchronous with resort Raffles Da Nang.Kingdom Hotel investment (KHI) group is the investor of the project which is built in accordance with Raffles global integrated standard and procedures. Houses are designed in global Raffles typical style, creating cozy atmosphere, elegant style expressed in the architectural features of regional heritage. The apartments shall be classified into three types including 1 bed room (71m2), two bed rooms (92m2) and three bed rooms (187m2) with selling price ranging from 4200 USD per m2 – 10 000 USD per m2. Each apart may be sold at price of USD 1 million. Apartment shall be sold to Vietnamese and leased by Foreigners. The buyers of the apartment can choose package wood material for decoration. Buildings in ProjectThe main designers of the project are Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo (WATG). The interior part is implemented by Hirsch Bedner and Associates. The landscape is done by the famous Belt Collins which creates beautiful scenery outside the building.The project is expected to finish in autumn 2010 and sale contract shall be available from next July.
