POSITION SUMMARY
This individual will direct EA Caffè sales and marketing efforts ensuring that the business is financially successful and that it represents our brand identity in its entirety, therefore positively impacting our global operation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Plan and executive events together with Emporio Armani to promote EA Caffè and provide an upscale Italian fashion experience to guests.
2 Source, book and execute events that are profitable to EA Caffè and experiential to the guest ensuring their repeat business.
3 Grow the business by using innovative sales and marketing concepts.
4 Coordinate operations between departments.
5 Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
6 Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
7 Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.
8 Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community.
9 Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
10 Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.

1 Minimum 4 years of promotional marketing, event management, public relations and/or hospitality sales.
2 Fashion conscious and excellent appearance.
3 Proven track record of managerial success in a fast paced environment by possessing the experience, ability, and knowledge to move the business forward financially while focusing on human capital.
4 Strong leadership behaviors coupled with the technical skill set to drive the business toward success.
5 Proven track record of making high quality decisions and the ability to make complex decisions.
6 The interpersonal savvy to create successful business partnerships where the art of negotiating is required.

8 Strong presentation and written communication skills.
