Le Meridien Danang Resort & Spa, total investment of 110M USD, situated on a beach area of 12ha with total floor area of 125,000 m2. The project includes a luxury 5 star hotel with 349 rooms (with living area from 55 to 126 m2), 149 deluxe apartments (floor area from 81m2 to 224m2) and 48 mansions (floor area from 336m2 to 853m2).
